Coconut Nectar

Coconut nectar or coconut sap is a sweet juice that drips from a newly-formed coconut flower bud, or unopened inflorescence, which contains young flowers and baby coconuts. The sweet drippings from the flower buds are the same nectar that honeybees sip from flowers and to make honey.
